Are you missing a luxury mansion in a green beautiful neighborhood? That's what happened to me.
Today i bring a Millionaire mansion in the lake of east LS, a party mansion with all i missed in the player's houses, i hope you'll enjoy it :)
(I tried to build it with lowest objects for avoid load problems)
(I'm Spanish, if i've made a english mistake...)
To Install it with the Map Editor, you only have to put the files inside the rar archive in the Gta V main directory and Load It.
You can choose a diferents maps:
-Lakef for a house with a party with low changes for play with Franklin
-Laket for a house with a party with low changes for play with Trevor
-Lakem for a house with a party with low changes for play with Michael
F.A.Q.:
-If you have less objects than you think that it would be, just select new map and now reload again until you see it full.

Doesn't load in properly if it loaded in properly i would love it but doesn't load in and says you have reached the prop limit! any suggestions?

It's in Mirror Park
The last picture is misleading, the house is not there. It is in Mirror Park, just google Gta 5 Mirror Park and you will see the location
